"I was shocked at the return fee"
Meet the gorgeous Natasha Higham, we gave her £30 spending money to grab her fave item from Oh Polly!
I’m 24 years old and I’m a Lettings administrator from West Yorkshire. I have an older brother who is like my best friend! When I was younger I had so many hobbies- I went to swimming, girl guides, Zumba classes, music centres (I played the flute amongst other instruments) I was in the Royal Regiment of Lancashire Fusiliers corps of drums as a fife player, I was also a bell ringer for my local church, I took part in competitions such as Miss UK Continents and others. I worked hard to be part of all these organisations alongside my studies at school, college and university. I studied performance throughout all my academic years and graduated with a 2:1 🙌🏼I worked throughout many different lines of work and I’m still trying to find out what I want to be but in the meantime, I’m enjoying learning something new.
Mustard dress from OhPolly.com
There was so many different items to choose from so finding an item wasn’t difficult, applying the filters such as colour, price and size on my phone didn’t seem to work but I hadn’t tried via a computer where it may have worked for me. Check out was really simple and I had no issues with information. I ordered my item on Friday and it arrived Monday so I was really impressed especially due to the current pandemic. The presentation was lovely in nice box, the item was folded neatly and inside a bag, the return labels and information were also available- this was a big deal for me as I have no access to a printer, I wouldn’t have been able to go online to print one. After trying on the item, it really didn’t fit like in the picture on the model I had ordered a uk size 10, which is what I would usually get. The material was really nice, to a high quality and felt comfortable when on. For me it was slightly short so I would probably wear it with something underneath. Due to the item not fitting I had to return it for a smaller size. When I got to the post office I had to pay for it to be returned. I was so used to having free returns from some companies I was shocked at the return fee of £4.10 as a customer I’d be rather frustrated by paying for the item paying for delivery and paying so much for return. There was an option to take to an Asda service to return it, however my local Asda’s did not provide this service. Overall I enjoyed the experience of receiving and reviewing the item.
Oh Polly Score...
Was the Item True to Size?

Have you shopped with this brand before?
IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
Like us I bet you've been quietly watching the angry comments building up from customers wanting a refund or even just a resonse to thier email from fast fashion brand @INTHESTYLE .
No? Well let us fill you in, usually this is one of the UK's best social media savvy online female fashion brands but with their latest kind act to donate profit raised for their #BeKind T-shirts (in honor of Love Island's Caroline Flack)... They seem to have gotten distracted from actually delivering items that were sold (or at least the correct items).
YES this Insta -War started before COVID-19 got in the way but the new medical situation isn't going to make their customer service run any smoother.
When well- known fashion brands publicly treat customers like this, they make it 10X harder for less known brands to build trust on Instagram. And it's not a one-off! Some customer comments even talk about "getting a case together to take to trading standards", and even rumors of the brand "going into administration".
@INTHESTYLE's silence has lead to ugly criticism of their consistent promoting of new stock while blanking refund emails. This may seem like an extreme case of poor customer service that your brand would never do but... If you do ever find yourself in a public roasting, you'll be glad you got this secret weapon early.

This is not meant to be a social stunt but a humble stall for time with a lil bit of social relationship management, while you figure out how things got so messy.
Fashion show and model contest
I "wow"ed for this modern African dress by @Pearlchatfashionhouse, it's both sophisticated and playful!
I sang along as the super talented singer (Natalie Brown) belted an Amy Winehouse classic without a mic.
I cheered seeing women of all ages, sizes & colours on the runway! #Diversityinfashion
I craved for this Bondage bear dangling from the models.
I fell in love with this sexy fairy-tale gown as it floated down the catwalk. @donnamarinaofficial
I hid behind my hands as this entertainer ate fire while juggling and back flipping in front of my seat.
I smiled every time the models danced. Catwalk choreography was slick & audience participation was encouraged.
I knew this model had to win an award when her long gown
wrapped around her heel but she was too damn cool to trip!
I'm hoping @therealmodeltypee will teach me THAT kickass walk! She has a power strut that screams attitude all over the catwalk.
I can not put this experience into words... you must watch the video to see how Paul 'Burbo' Burbridge's finale showcase got everyone hyped up. I'm obsessed with his glamorous eco spirit and the in your face performance got us all chanting "right here, right now" for climate change!
We asked the beautiful Chantelle to review one of our archived magazines and tell us who her favourite interview feature was.
My name is Chantelle Douglas, I am 35 and live in Bristol. I am also a mother to three wonderful children. I started out my journey by attending a ms curvaceous UK body confidence workshop, to my amazement I managed to get through to the finals and it just went from there. For me being a plus size model is being able to represent the girls/ women that you don't see on tv or in the magazines. I believe everybody has the right to feel good about themselves. I know what its like to experience body shaming it's awful.
Well I speak to the beautiful @ruthcurvemodel on Instagram and came across an article about her, she is stunning and I love everything she stands for, I definitely look up to her.
